A furnished home also includes the furniture itself, such as a sofa, dining table with chairs, bed, cabinets, etc. Often, our long-stay homes come with basic furnishings, excluding beds/bedding and small inventory items such as dishes, etc.
An unfurnished home will be ready to move in with a floor, curtains, and usually all lights already installed. Of course, the kitchen and bathroom will always remain fully equipped in the home.
